* We guarantee you a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase if the item is returned within 30 days, in its unused original condition.
* We guarantee that your belt is made from the best leather. We hand cut and inspect each piece to insure there are no flaws in it.
* We guarantee that if the belt is in stock it will be mailed to you within 24 hours of your order during the business week.
* We guarantee that any personal details you supply to us will be held securely and not disclosed to any non associated 3rd party.
Return or Exchange:
Refunds for items that are damaged, or items the customer wishes to exchange, and sent back to Obscure L.L.C within 30 days, a refund, replacement or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note that item(s) that are returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.
ALL merchandise purchased on sale or with a promo code is final sale.
Please note: All products must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition.
We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
Faulty or Defective Items:
If there is any problem with your belt after you wear it, for example a faulty part, a piece breaks, etc, we will offer a replacement up to 6 months after your purchase.

* Step2: If we receive your order before 12:00 p.m (CT), it will be shipped that same day. All orders received after 12:00 p.m (CT) are guaranteed to be shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
* Step3: After your order is made, we cut your belt from 100% genuine leather to the specified size and attach the style buckle’s of your choice.
* Step 4: We individually and securely package each belt to ensure a high quality product upon delivery.
* Step5: You open the package and proudly wear your Obscure belt.
In the rare case that the style you want is unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours. Your money will automatically be refunded.
