Shipping & Order Questions

We make every belt to order. Allow 1-3 business days for us to make your belts prior to shipping. Expect delays if we are away at events and during the holidays.

We work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Allow 1-3 business days for us to make your belts prior to shipping. Orders will be fulfilled 9am-2pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be eligible for shipping until the following Monday at the earliest. You will receive an automated email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite orders at this time. You do have the option to upgrade your shipping option, but this only reduces the shipping times. Items are shipped on average 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. Shipping options are available in your cart during checkout.

Yes! You can purchase a gift card here.

We do not have a showroom or store, just our workshop, which is not open to the public. We need 1-3 business days to make your belt. If you are looking for a quick gift, we recommend purchasing a gift card.

Once orders are shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or misdelivered packages. Orders placed on our website are shipped via a third-party carrier, and as such risk of loss and title for goods ordered pass onto you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you are having trouble tracking down a shipment, you will need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance. We do not have any additional tracking or shipping information than what is available through the tracking number listed on your shipping confirmation email.

If you are concerned about package loss, consider upgrading your shipping service during checkout.

If you need to make changes to your shipping information, please contact us with your order number and a detailed request as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate your request. We cannot make changes to your order after it has shipped.

You have the option to send your purchase as a gift at checkout. You can add a message in the space provided for Order Notes. We will include a card with your message.

Sizing Questions

Put on your favorite pair of jeans, then take a tape measure and wrap it around you where you would normally wear the belt. Select “Custom size” when ordering your belt. Enter your measurement at checkout in the Order Notes section. Write something like, “I measured my waist and it is 37.” We will make a belt to fit that size, with a couple inches of room bigger and smaller.

We can usually make belt sizes up to 48 in our standard leather colors (black, brown, grey rough rider). If you need a longer belt, please contact us before placing your order so we can check our inventory. Limited edition leather colors are only available up to size 42 unless otherwise stated.

GENTS

The general rule of thumb is to add two to your pants size (e.g. if you wear a size 32 in jeans, order a size 34 belt). If you are not sure what your size is, try this: while wearing your pants at their normal level on your waist, use a tape measure to get the length around the waistband. If your measurement falls in the middle of one of the ranges listed, order that belt size. If not, select “Custom size” when ordering your belt and enter your measurement during checkout. We will make a belt to fit that size, with a couple inches of room bigger and smaller.

LADIES

The sizes listed give a range of tightest to loosest that the belt can be worn. If you are not sure what your size is, try this: while wearing your pants/dress/sweater, use a tape measure to get the length around where you want to wear the belt. If your measurement falls in the middle of one of the ranges listed, order that belt size. If not, select “Custom size” when ordering your belt and enter your measurement during checkout. We will make a belt to fit that size, with a couple inches of room bigger and smaller.

Screws & Repairs Questions

You can order replacement screws and sizing studs on our website. Be sure to select the correct buckle design and finish from the drop down as parts vary for each design.

Yes, we offer repairs on most current designs and belts purchased within the last 4 years. Please fill out our repair request form first to confirm your belt can be repaired, then purchase a repair.

Repairs are intended to return your buckle’s mechanism to working order. We do not offer repairs or exchanges for normal wear and tear, buckle finish restoration, or leather restoration.

If you would like to have us shorten your belt, please contact us with how much shorter you need the belt. The resizing is free, but we ask that customers send the belt to us at their cost and pay for return shipping, usually around $8. Be sure to consult our sizing charts to determine your new size.

Please note: we cannot shorten Ohm or Excalibur belts. You will need to ]purchase a leather replacement kit].

Other Questions

No, we do not sell the buckles by themselves. Our buckles have a unique way of attaching and do not work with other belts.

Yes, it is possible, but we did not design the buckles to be switched often and you do so at your own risk. You can order leather replacement kits here.

No, we cannot accommodate custom requests at this time and for the foreseeable future.

If a design is no longer available on our website that means it is sold out. We only make a limited number of each design, so when it’s gone, its gone for good.
