Exchanges & Returns

We accept exchanges and returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We can only process refunds to the same credit card used for purchase. Eligible exchanges are free, but you are responsible for paying for shipping both ways through the exchange process described below.

The following are not eligible for return/exchange:

  • All custom orders

  • Discontinued items

  • Gift Cards

  • Items that were purchased more than 30 days ago

  • Items that show clear evidence of wear

  • Items that are not returned in a sellable condition

  • Items purchased during a sale or with a coupon code

  • Items that do not have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE ONLINE

  1. Review the list of items that are not eligible for exchange/return. If your order/item is listed, you may not exchange it. If your order/item is not listed, proceed to purchase a belt exchange.

  2. Select the reason for your exchange from the options listed and add to cart.

  3. Write a detailed note in the "Order Notes" section of the cart with your original order number, the reason you would like to make an exchange, and exactly what you would like to exchange for (e.g. I want to exchange this for a size 38 belt; I want to exchange this for black leather, etc). If you are exchanging for a different size, be sure to double check our sizing guide.

  4. Proceed with the normal checkout process. Be sure to select the free shipping option. All other shipping options will be an additional cost.

  5. Once you receive your emailed order confirmation, print it out and box it up with the belt you would like to exchange.

  6. Mail the belt and order confirmation back to us at your cost. We recommend using USPS First Class Mail as it is the most economical.

  7. We will process your exchange within three weeks. You will receive an email with tracking information once your exchange is on its way back to you.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ONLINE:

  1. Review the list of items that are not eligible for return/exchange. If your item is listed, you may not return it. If your item is not listed, proceed to step 2.

  2. Complete the Return Request Form.

  3. Print out your completed Return Request Form. Box it up with the item(s) you would like to return.

  4. Mail your package and Return Request Form back to us at your cost. We recommend using USPS First Class Mail as it is the most economical.

  5. We will process your return within three weeks. If upon inspection we determine the item you returned is eligible for a refund, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase, minus a 15% restocking fee. If upon inspection we determine the item you returned is not eligible for a refund, we will contact you to make further arrangements. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
