Return and Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase, we just ask that you cover the cost of roundtrip shipping. One one exchange allowed per belt.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used within three weeks of our receipt of the returned item. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Items must be in new, unworn condition to be accepted for return or exchange. Check sizing of your belt by holding it around your waist and overlapping before fastening it through your belt loops. Items showing evidence of wear may be returned to the customer.

The following are not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Items that show clear evidence of wear and/or are not returned in a sellable condition
  • Items sold as "FINAL SALE"
  • Custom sizes and custom orders
  • Discontinued items
  • Gift Cards
  • Items that were purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items purchased at an in-person event, during a sale, and/or with a coupon code
  • Items that do not have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return.
