Return Options

Return for an Exchange

We accept exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in new, unworn condition to be accepted for exchange. Check sizing of your belt by holding it around your waist and overlapping before fastening it through your belt loops. Items showing evidence of wear may be returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Only one exchange allowed per belt.

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return.

Return for a Refund

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used within three weeks of our receipt of the returned item.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. The restocking fee covers shipping costs and non-refundable credit card processing fees.

Items must be in new, unworn condition to be accepted for return. Check sizing of your belt by holding it around your waist and overlapping before fastening it through your belt loops. Items showing evidence of wear may be returned to the customer.

Can I return anything?

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that show clear evidence of wear and/or are not returned in a sellable condition
  • Items sold as "FINAL SALE"
  • Custom sizes and custom orders
  • Discontinued items
  • Gift Cards
  • Items that were purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items purchased at an in-person event, during a sale, and/or with a coupon code
  • Items that do not have a receipt or other proof of purchase

I am located outside the US. Do I get a prepaid return label?

Sorry! All orders shipped outside the United States are considered FINAL SALE and ineligible for exchange or return.

Can I use my own return label?

Sure! Please contact us for our return address and instructions for packaging.

Do you provide prepaid return labels?

Yes, for all US orders we do. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We take pride in the quality and durability of our products, which is why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for qualifying products purchased on our website, obscurebelts.com. Proof of purchase is required in order to receive a qualifying warranty repair.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to our belt buckles for up to 4 years.

What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty mean?

The Limited Lifetime Warranty refers to the length of time, through normal use, an Obscure Belt will function for its intended purpose, not the lifetime of the customer.

Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Fill out the request form below.
  2. Wait for your request to be approved. This usually takes less than 24 hours.
  3. Package the items for return and attach the return label.
  4. Mail the package using the carrier listed on the return label.
  5. If required, pay any return shipping costs.
  6. Your exchange or refund will be processed within three weeks of receipt at our workshop.
